RepackThis provides a venue for approved sellers to present collectible inventory — including graded and raw sports cards, trading card game cards, sealed product, and related memorabilia — and for approved buyers to review and submit offers on that inventory.
RepackThis is not a party to any transaction. We do not buy, sell, hold, grade, authenticate, ship, or insure any collectible. All transactions are entered into directly between the buyer and seller.
We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, condition, legality, or delivery of any item listed or sold through the Service.

RepackThis currently charges zero seller fees. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future, in which case we will provide advance notice to affected users. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you are bound by them.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on the Service — excluding content submitted by users — are owned by or licensed to RepackThis and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
By submitting content (such as item photos or descriptions) to the Service, you grant RepackThis a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the authenticity, condition, value, or legality of any item listed on the platform.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REPACKTHIS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO REPACKTHIS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RepackThis and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which RepackThis is domiciled, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending a notice to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections 8–12 and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
